Cooking the perfect pizza couldn’t be any easier. Once your Kadai wood fire is ready, the pizza oven is placed over the top and allowed to heat. There’s a clever horseshoe slot at the base of the oven which enables the heat from the fire rises up through, creating the perfect temperature to cook the perfect crispy edge pizza.
